Training Structure

Each session is designed to maximize development.

Weekly Practice — 2 Hours
  • 1st Hour: Individual Skill Development
  • 2nd Hour: Team Offense & Defense Concepts
Practice Philosophy

A typical session includes:

  • Ball handling & form shooting
  • Dribble-drive concepts (spacing, movement, decision-making)
  • Drive & kick actions
  • Closeout drills
  • Transition (fast break development)
  • Defensive shell work
  • Competitive game play
